180 g sød finsk lakrids 125 g smør ca. 1 tsk salt 1½ dl rørsukker 2 små æg 3 dl hvedemel 1/2 tsk bagepulver Skær lakridserne i mindre stykker – på størrelse med en lillefingernegl eller mindre endnu. Rør resten af ingredienserne sammen og vend til sidst lakridsstykkerne i. Tril dejen til 18 kugler og fordel dem på to bageplader. Tryk derefter kuglerne flade og bag hver pladefuld i 12-15 minutter ved 175 grader. Kagerne er færdige, når de er gyldne i kanten. Lad dem køle helt af, inden du spiser dem. man kan også bruge saltlakrids
