Pizzadej

3 dl Lunkent vand.

25 g Gær.

8 dl Mel.

2 spsk. Olivenolie.

1 tsk. Salt.

1 tsk. Sukker

Fremgangsmåde:

1. Rør gæren ud i lunkent vand og tilsæt olivenolie.

2. Bland salt, sukker og mel og rør cirka 3/4 af melblandingen ud i gærblandingen og spred resten af melet på en ren overflade.

3. Tag dejen ud af skålen og ælt den grundigt sammen med resten af melet til du har en fin og glat pizzadej.

4. Læg dejen i en skål smurt med olivenolie, dæk skålen med et rent viskestykke og lad dejen hæve ved stuetemperatur til dobbelt størrelse.
