ca 150 g hindbær eller andre bær

1 -2 spsk sukker

Evt. korn fra en halv vanillestang

2 blade husblas

1/4 piskefløde


Fremgangsmåde:

Hindbærrene puttes i en gryde og gives et opkog for at fjerne bakterier.
Dette gælder både frosne og friske bær. Mos bærrene i gryden.
Husblas kommes i rigeligt vand i ca 10 minutter, tages op og vrides og smeltes ca 10 sekunder i mikroovnen.
Rør den smeltede husblas i hindbærrene.
Fløden piskes stiv og vendes i hindbærrene.
Stil moussen på køl til den er stiv nok til brug.
Må gerne laves dagen i forvejen. Herunder en blåbær/hindbær mousse. Bærrene er efter opkog blendet, da blåbær ikke sådan kan moses:
